A Nanny Registry helps people find nanny employment. The nanny pays the registry to place her. The registry works on behalf of the nanny and desires to place her as quickly as possible.

When choosing a domestic staffing service you should know the type of service with which you are working. A Placment Agency is hired by Family clients. A Nanny Registry is hired by Nanny client 's who need a job.

If the registry is paid by the Nanny client, then they are working in the interest of the nanny they are placing. The registry's revenue comes when their clients are working.
