Kensington Nanny's Placement Program allows you to interview with candidates that meet your unique hiring needs. Your dedicated placement coordinator will discuss provide you with BIO's and set up interviews. You also receive:

- Nanny/Family Work Agreement - a customizable work agreement that you can provide to your new nanny to detail her job description, house rules, benefits, etc.
- Preparing for Nanny Interview - a document that contains suggested interview questions and suggestions on what to look for during your interview.
- Family Interview Notes - a document that helps you to organize your thoughts on each candidate so that you can compare candidates easily and conveniently.
- Employment & Tax Consultation - to help you understand what Florida domestic employment laws are.
- Replacement Policy - Kensington offers a 4-month replacement policy to ensure you are happy with your hiring decision.

Month-To-Month Service - the most flexible choice

The Month-To-Month Program is a flexible alternative if you are not sure how long you need your domestic employee, or if you need her for a short timeframe (such as school holidays). Babysitting Service
The "On-call Nanny" service is a great alternative when you simply need a sitter on occasion (3 hour minimum). Our nannies are available to sit for your child/ren 24 hours a day, 7 days per week Overnight care can also be provided. Just call us to book your nanny.

Corporate/Group Event Services
Kensington Nanny provides turn-key childcare services for groups of 10 or more children. We provide the games and activities and room setup, and more.
