Candidate Screening & Certification Process

Kensington offers placement services to all domestics. We place housekeepers, maids/butlers, cooks, house managers, grounds keepers, and all other domestic staff. There is no cost to apply or be placed through Kensington. If you are interested in finding employment, please contact the office directly.

Requirements:
- You must have at least 3 years of verifiable experience in the field for which you are applying
- You must be authorized to work in the US
- You must have a stable work history
- You must be drug-free and have no criminal history in any state or country
